Lecture by Prof. Dr. Dijana Jelić at the International Conference “Optima 2026”

Prof. Dr. Dijana Jelić delivered an invited lecture at the international conference “Optima 2026,” dedicated to modern approaches to nutrition, the use of supplements, and sports. The conference took place on March 27–28, 2026, in Belgrade.

In her presentation, Prof. Dr. Dijana Jelić particularly emphasized the importance of adequate supplementation, highlighting the role of vitamin D in maintaining health and enhancing physical performance.

The conference brought together a large number of participants from both academic and professional communities, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences. A total of 34 speakers participated, and 48 workshops were held. The event focused on an integrated approach to nutrition and supplementation as key factors in achieving optimal athletic performance.
