Saša ZELJKOVIĆ

Full Professor, PhD in Chemistry

Research fields: Inorganic Chemistry, Chemistry of Materials

Professor of inorganic chemistry with extensive experience in teaching, research and development of inorganic materials (multifunctional oxides, ceramics and nanomaterials) and surface chemistry (adsorption and heterogeneous catalysis). Currently engaged as a full professor and researcher on several projects dealing with solvent-deficient synthesis methods, mechanochemistry and circular economy. He pays close attention to research that helps new energy technologies (solar cells, fuel cells and biofuels) and the Zero Waste approach to the industry. Professor Zeljković collaborates with researchers from Switzerland, Japan and the USA. He is dedicated to the development of chemical experiments that can be performed in poorly equipped school laboratories.
